Happy Halloween, Excelsior Springs!

Halloween is definitely having the Best Week Ever! Not only have a million people asked about when trick or treating will take place, with the holiday being on a Sunday this year, most are treating it like a three day holiday! Multiple businesses and organizations held their own trunk or treating events leading up to the date but the only community traditions, other than going door to door, will be the Bill Payne Party at the American Legion, a local tradition that has taken place for over 90 years!
Thanks to all of the downtown businesses that held trick or treating for the youth on Saturday afternoon! The weather was perfect and there were literally over a thousand kids in attendance! Molly Roberts Studio reportedly went through 600 pieces in the first hour! Congratulations to the Downtown Excelsior Partnership on another successful event!
