Authorities have identified the two victims who perished in a devastating house explosion in Excelsior Springs early Friday morning. The deceased have been identified as Oliver W. Campbell, 70, and Katherine A. Campbell, 65, owners of the home at 14406 Kimberly Dr.
The Missouri Attorney General, Andrew Bailey, announced on Monday, August 19, that a settlement agreement had been finalized, resulting in Ray County Sheriff Scott Childers’ resignation and the permanent revocation of his ability to work in law enforcement within the state of Missouri.
