The Excelsior Springs City Council tackled a wide range of issues during their April 1, 2024 meeting. The City of Excelsior Springs is once again offering its Summer Sewer Credit program to residential customers within city limits. The program is designed to help ease the financial burden of higher water usage during the warmer months. It does not extend to commercial, industrial, or apartment entities and is designed to adjust sewer rates based on water consumption during July, August, and September.
