Ballet North Brings Cinderella to Life on Stage at Excelsior Springs PAC June 13–14
Excelsior Springs, MO – Audiences are invited to experience the timeless magic of Cinderella as Ballet North presents the beloved full-length ballet at the Excelsior Springs Performing Arts Center on Friday and Saturday, June 13 and 14. Both performances begin at 7:30 p.m. and promise a night of elegance, artistry, and enchantment.
Set to the classic fairytale, Cinderella will feature dazzling costumes, beautiful backdrops, and all the charm of the story generations have loved. The production includes guest artist Javier Morales and original choreography by Ballet North’s Artistic Director Laura Reinschmidt, who brings fresh vision to the iconic tale.
This event is supported by the Missouri Arts Council, which continues to champion arts across the state through its State of the Arts initiative.
Founded in 1977 by Reinschmidt—then known as Laura Luzicka—Ballet North is the Northland’s first and only dedicated classical ballet training program. The company has grown into a cornerstone of the regional arts community and continues to deliver high-caliber performances year after year.
In 2024, Ballet North served more than 6,000 elementary students through its Nutcracker School Tour and returned to the Excelsior Springs PAC with productions of Peter Pan, Pas de Quatre, and Rhapsody in Blue.
Tickets for Cinderella are available now at balletnorth.com. Don’t miss your chance to attend the ball and witness a magical evening of dance and storytelling!
