House Fire on Todd Causes Major Damage

A house fire on Todd Avenue in Excelsior Springs broke out Wednesday, September 4, 2024 at approximately 3:30pm. The cause was undetermined and is under investigation. The fire quickly engulfed the back of the home, but fortunately, a homeowner was able to evacuate themself and a pet without injury. A great job by the Excelsior Springs Fire Department and emergency services for their swift and effective response, ensuring the safety of all involved.
