Haslett Pleads Not Guilty on Return to Trial

March 17, 2023 – Timothy Haslett Jr. appeared in court on charges brought against him by the state’s APA (Attorney for the People). The defendant was present in custody, accompanied by his attorney. The court informed Haslett Jr. of the charges against him, his right to legal representation, and the option to request court-appointed counsel if unable to afford representation. Additionally, he was advised of his right to remain silent and that any statements made could be used against him in court. Haslett Jr. pleaded not guilty to the charges brought against him. The docket call for the case is set for April 24th, 2023, at 1:30 pm. The defendant waived the bond hearing, and the bond was continued.
