Grace Wins Perseveres Under Pandemic Pressure
Many small businesses owners struggled to keep their businesses afloat during the COVID-19 pandemic, but local teacher turned entrepreneur, Kristin Anderson, didn’t let the fear of failure stop her plans to open her home furnishing studio, Grace Wins. Anderson had already been in the planning and building phases of opening her business when the pandemic hit. She made the tough decision to forge ahead in the face of adversity. “I’m just really thankful to all of the people who have been here since the beginning, showing me their support,” she said. Grace Wins is located at 118 E. Broadway Ave. in downtown Excelsior Springs, Missouri.
