EXCELSIOR SPRINGS, Mo. (Sept. 3, 2024) — The Excelsior Springs Tigers girls’ tennis team dominated their home match on Tuesday with a clean 9-0 sweep over Ruskin. Under the guidance of Coach Richie Marsh, the Tigers showcased their depth and teamwork in both singles and doubles play.
In singles action, the Tigers were unstoppable:
- Shelby Stodden defeated Samreen Aqeel 8-0
- Malaya Tedesco defeated Zahara Van Sant 8-3
- Megan Riegel defeated Emelyn Rodriguez 9-8
- Laney Smith defeated Shubha Alam 8-0
