A vehicle speeding through Excelsior Springs in the early hours of February 15 took flight off Linwood Avenue, soaring over a St. Louis Ave. and crashing through the roof of the Clay-Ray Veterans Association building. Emergency responders rescued three injured occupants from the wreckage, as authorities now investigate the circumstances of the crash.
