With clear skies overhead and music in the air, the 2nd Annual Excelsior Springs Irish Festival brought a vibrant celebration of Celtic culture to Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery and The Shamrock Ranch this past weekend.
The Meals and a Visit Program (MVP), launched through the city of Excelsior Springs and the Excelsior Springs Parks, Recreation & Community Center, pairs nutritious meals with personal visits for homebound residents within city limits.
