A summary of the Excelsior Springs Board of Education meeting from July 11, 2022, as distributed by Excelsior Springs School District is embedded below. Highlights of the meeting included a summary of Summer School enrollment numbers and the announcement that Rockin’ Tiger Club, the district’s before and after school childcare program will be moving back to the Early Childhood Center (formerly Westview Elementary) where it was housed for many years. With longtime director Vicky Goetz retiring, Early Childhood Center Director, Dr. Katie Andreasen will incorporate those duties into her responsibilities.
