January’s Adoptable Pet of the Month: Puddin’ the Brown Tabby
Excelsior Springs, Mo.– With her wide green eyes and calm, curious nature, Puddin’ is starting the new year in the Excelsior Springs Animal Control Center, but with a goal to find a home of her own. The young adult brown tabby is January’s adoptable pet of the month at the ESACC.
Puddin’ is approximately two years old and arrived at the shelter with a litter of kittens, all of whom have since gone on to rescue placements. Now that she’s on her own, staff say she’s more than ready for her next chapter.
She’s spayed, vaccinated, and described as sweet, people-oriented, and likely best suited to a home without other cats. While she tolerates her neighbors at the shelter, she seems happiest when she has space to herself and someone nearby who’s willing to offer a little affection.
Puddin’ enjoys attention and has a quiet, observant demeanor. She’s well-adjusted to the shelter routine and would likely settle in quickly with an adopter who gives her time to decompress.
Her $80 adoption fee includes her spay, rabies vaccination, and annual FRCP vaccine. Staff are available to help with any questions about her care or compatibility with your household.
If you’re looking for a gentle, low-key companion to start the year with, Puddin’ may be just the perfect match!
To meet her and to inquire about adoption, call and leave a message with the Excelsior Springs Animal Control Center at 816-630-0816.
