Selah means to stop, pause, and listen, which is exactly what the center’s community liaison, Tina Cook, hopes for those seeking to heal.

Suspect Identified as New Details Emerge in Deadly Ray County Shooting

A suspect has been identified and arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in rural Ray County early Thursday morning. Authorities say Brad Allen Vincent, 43, shot and killed a man inside a camper near Lawson before fleeing the scene, leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase that ended in his arrest.

Stabbing Incident in Excelsior Estates Results in Multiple Felony Charges

On September 12 law enforcement officers were dispatched to a residence in Ray County in the 16000 block of Elm Street of Excelsior Estates, Missouri, following a report of a stabbing incident. Upon arrival, a victim was located and transported to Liberty Hospital with a stab wound to the chest.
