In every yoga session she facilitates\, she strives to offer modifications and create an inclusive yoga experience that is accessible to participants of all levels. She’s thankful to have discovered the value of a yoga practice in her own life as an opportunity for authentic self-care\, and it is her desire to share that love of yoga whenever she gets the chance!
