Potential benefits of combining yoga with animals are reduced stress\, increased happiness\, and enhanced mindfulness. No prior yoga experience is necessary. Goat yoga will be beginner-friendly and suitable for all levels. \n– Wear comfortable clothing that you do not mind being around goats.– Bring beach towel instead of yoga mat– The goats are cute and cuddly babies.– Goats are funny and curious animals. They may jump on you or nibble.– The goat keeper will be there to help contain the goats.– Remember that goats are farm animals.– Be gentle with with the goats.– You are welcome to take pictures.– All ages are welcome. The child must be able to participate in Yoga.– We do have child watch available to members (free) and nonmembers (fee)– Parents/Guardians are responsible for their children.– Parent/Guardian and child must both register for the event.– If you are allergic to or scared of goats we advise that you do not participate in this event– Goat Yoga will take place outside in a grassy area of the center\, dress accordingly.
