The brunch features a made-from-scratch pork (ham/bacon) vegetable quiche\, a fresh salad with seasonal toppings\, and a selection of fresh fruit. To finish on a sweet note\, guests are treated to a rich chocolate cappuccino brownie for dessert\, paired with the finale wine.\n\n  \n\nWalnut Creek Vineyard & Winery is second in line. Walnut Creek is a local winery dedicated to crafting premium vinifera and hybrid wines. In 2023\, Shamrock planted 3\,000 vines across 5 acres\, adding an additional acre and 600 vines in 2024.
