WILLOW SPRING MERCANTILE Your adventure begins in this unique Excelsior Springs downtown shop. Willow Spring Mercantile established by Jim and Daphne Bowman in 2005. Willow Spring boasts the state’s largest selection of Missouri wines, craft beers, and distilled spirits. Enjoy brunch paired with Missouri-made wines in their exquisite wine cellar bistro. Brunch includes made-from-scratch ham and vegetable quiche, spinach salad with fresh berries, and fresh fruit. A chocolate cappuccino brownie is served for dessert.
CASA DI VITE will provide an “apertivo” style experience featuring an assortment of international wines. Antipasto platters to purchase. Monthly “Featured Destinations” will bring an additional unique variety of flavors for all to enjoy.
Walnut Creek Vineyard & Winery Walnut Creek is a local winery dedicated to crafting premium vinifera and hybrid wines. In a true farm-to-table fashion, their vines are family-and-friend grown on small farms throughout Missouri and Colorado. Every bottle of wine will be a culinary adventure brought to you by your local community.
Pairings By Van Till Located in Excelsior Springs, Missouri, Pairings by Van Till serves boards with a variety of Charcuterie choices, cheese, vegetables, and desserts paired exclusively with wine from Van Till Family Farm Winery.
