Special Youth and Adult MMA Classes

Join us for a special night of Youth and Adult MMA Classes on Friday, December 19th!NO EXPERIENCE REQUIRED! This is the perfect chance to try MMA for the first time, learn new techniques, train with a pro fighter, and get a killer workout right before the holidays.
• Youth Class (ages 6-14)5:00 – 6:00 PM• Adult Class with Coach Nick Grass (Professional MMA fighter)6:00 – 7:30 PM
Cost: $20Required gear: Boxing gloves + shin guards (available for purchase at the gym)
