Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program Sign Ups

Join us on April 9th or April 14th from 10-12:30 in the Wellness Cafe area at the Excelsior Springs Community Center to sign up for your Senior Farmers Market Nutrition Program. You will receive $50 to spend throughout the season on fresh produce with qualified farmers OR you can sign up to receive a 1 time bag of produce delivered to the Community Center.

Income requirements are:
1 person household – $2413 monthly
2 person household – $3261 monthly
