Excelsior Springs Masters Swimming Time Trial

This event is open to any current, former, or prospective swimmers age 18 and up. You do not need to be an Excelsior Springs Masters Swimming member to participate. There is just a $5 fee for non-members.
Warm ups will be from 8:00 to 8:45 AM and the indoor pool will be available for warm ups and cool downs throughout.
The first event will start at 9:00 AM and we will conclude after the last event or at 11:30 AM, whichever comes first. I anticipate finishing before 11:00 AM.
Message me directly with the events you would like to swim, including which relays you would be available for, by the end of the day on Friday, August 8, so I can work on the heat sheet the weekend before the time trial. I will do my best to order the events in a way that gives people as much rest as possible between theirs. We may take a couple of short breaks as well.
