Chamber Event Reunites Business Community
The Excelsior Springs Chamber of Commerce annual dinner was an evening full of camaraderie and excitement. More than 85 individuals were in attendance to help celebrate the 95th anniversary of the Chamber and helped the organization exceed its fundraising goals for the event. Entertainment for the evening was provided by the musical duo of Taylor Haring and Nate Jones, known as Athens Creek, an “Americana roots band out of Southeast Michigan” who wowed the crowd with a mix of covers and original tunes. Attendees enjoyed a meal of BBQ brisket from Nadler’s Catering based in Wellington, MO. The highlight of the evening was the reverse raffle which saw Jeanine Stubbs take home the $3000 grand prize.
