A suspect has been identified and arrested in connection with a deadly shooting in rural Ray County early Thursday morning. Authorities say Brad Allen Vincent, 43, shot and killed a man inside a camper near Lawson before fleeing the scene, leading law enforcement on a high-speed chase that ended in his arrest.
What started as a tense exchange on the road spiraled into violence in an Excelsior Springs parking lot last Tuesday morning, as a confrontation between two drivers left one man stabbed and another in police custody.
