new artisan bakery, Excelsior Boulangerie, quietly opened its doors at 500 St. Louis Avenue earlier this week. The bakery, a collaboration between 20-something siblings, two sisters, and a brother, began serving the community this week with a variety of handmade items, including brownies, muffins, cookies, and fresh-baked bread.
