Laura’s Pizza Buffet Offers Exciting New Dining Option

Laura Gerado and Ramon Robles have been working hard for several months to prepare for the opening of their new pizzeria, Laura’s Pizza Buffet located at 1727 W Jesse James Rd, in the Y Shopping Center. Their doors will open to the public on Monday, July 25 at 11 AM, and they say they’ll be ready. The couple spent weeks deep-cleaning, painting, and prepping the space to make it bright and welcoming for their customers. Laura has more than 16 years of experience working for the pizza chain Ci-Ci’s. She has been working on perfecting her recipes for what they expect to be a hungry crowd. She and Ramon had explored opening a franchise of their own before they decided to try something new. They said they chose to establish themselves in Excelsior Springs because they recognized the need for a good pizza restaurant and with their experience, they feel it will be a success. “If there’s one thing I know, it’s pizza,” smiled Laura confidently. Ramon proudly gave us a tour of the restaurant, showing off the pizza ovens, warming buffet tables, and salad bar.
Laura’s Pizza Buffet will be open from 11 AM to 8:30 PM Monday-Saturday, with all you can eat pizza, salad, and pasta buffet. They will also offer take-out orders.

Looks lovely, and is that a white pizza I see? Haven’t had one of those in 20 years or more, and STILL want some!
Agreed… I haven’t seen one of those since I lived in NY
