Come try Shamrock Hills Vineyard and Winery’s Saturday Sound Bath Sensation – a Japanese technique for stress reduction, clarity, balance, while promoting relaxation and cleansing.Reiki Master and Registered Nurse Kim Mawby will be offering this free introduction from 10:30-11:30am on the patio overlooking the vineyard and the pond.
The winery will open early for participants who’s like to stay a little longer and enjoy their peaceful surroundings.
