On September 15th at 11:30am the Excelsior Springs Hospital’s Health and Wellness series will hold a program on Fraud Safety, presented by Zachary Thompson, Clay County Prosecuting Attorney.Our clay county prosecutor is coming to talk to us about CEASE, Citizen Education Against Scams and Exploitations. Knowledge helps safeguard us from experiencing these crimes.
