Barrel Tasting and Wine Blending Workshop

Participants will learn about the nuances of creating a blend by working hands-on with a variety of unfinished wines. The workshop has limited spots and participants will work in pairs – we will pair you up if needed.Guests will learn about the delicate balance of working with unfinished wine to create a finished product, how to capitalize on the best qualities of each wine, and how to create harmony that is the finished wine. Participants will create up to three blends and yes, there will be plenty of tasting of the samples and blends along the way!

The cost for the workshop is $40 per person ($45 for Wine Club members). Limited space available.
