Walking Women

Excelsior Springs Community Center welcomes women to take a walk on Saturday mornings at 10:00am from May 11th-August 24th.Meet at the ES Community Center for a warm up and stretches to kick off the walk. Free for all!
Not meeting on 5/25, 7/6, and not on Family Workout Days: 6/1, 6/8, 7/13, 8/3.
Will not meet if there is inclement weather.
