Tickets go on sale soon for the 4th annual Monster Ball presented by the Excelsior Springs Area Cultural Guild! DJ, dancing, appetizers, cash bar, games and prizes. Advance tickets are $30 individual or $50 couple by Oct. 15. At the door $40/$60.
