Men’s Circle with Ryan

I’ve been leading monthly men’s circles—spaces where men can come together to support one another. In a world where vulnerability can often feel like a challenge, men often keep their pain, joy, suffering, and hopes trapped in their own minds. These emotions, whether positive or negative, can get buried inside without a safe space to express them. That’s where these circles come in.
In times long past, men gathered in tribes, then in churches. Today, we are in a new era of brotherhood, where we seek to forge deeper connections and create safe, supportive communities for ourselves and others. These circles are a place for men to speak freely, to share insights, and to be heard, without judgment, in the shared experience of being men.

It is my honor to offer this space to you, and I sincerely look forward to contributing to a more mindful, connected, and spiritually healthy community.
