Excelsior Springs, MO – This summer, Excelsior Springs’ charming downtown captured the heart of Manny Rivera, our intern at the Excelsior Citizen. For his final project, Manny created an audio postcard that highlights some of his favorite locations in our community.

Manny’s audio postcard takes listeners on a journey through the historic streets, showcasing the unique blend of old and new that defines Excelsior Springs. Featuring five downtown businesses Manny’s narrative paints a quaint picture of life in downtown Excelsior Springs.

Manny’s excitement for Excelsior Springs is a heartfelt tribute to the community he quickly grew to appreciate. His project not only celebrates the unique character of our downtown but also invites others to experience the warmth and charm that make Excelsior Springs a special place to call home.

If you appreciate the value our local journalism brings to the community, please consider making a recurring contribution to the Excelsior Citizen!
