Haslett, Jr. Case Granted Continuance Until February 24th

Timothy Haslett, Jr. has been held in custody at the Clay County Detention Center charged with first degree rape, first degree kidnapping, and second-degree assault since the morning of October 7, 2022. He is being held on a $500,000 bond. After the defendant was granted a motion for continuance of the preliminary hearing on December 1, 2022, the hearing that was scheduled for Tuesday, January 10, 2023 has again been rescheduled. The preliminary hearing is now scheduled for February 24, 2023 at 9:00am.
