Rum Blender’s Table: Create Your Own Rum Blend

Join us at Fence Stile for Rum Blender’s Table, a limited distillery workshop offered only while select Fence Stile rum lots are aging.

During this hands-on experience, guests will learn how rum is made, taste through select aging rum components, explore aroma and flavor differences, and create their own rum blend profile. Each guest will take home one 375 ml Rum Blender’s Table workshop bottle prepared by the Fence Stile distillery team.

This is not a recurring monthly class. It is a batch-dependent experience made possible by the rum lots currently aging in-house. Once these rums are bottled, this workshop will not return until the next time Fence Stile has the right rum components available.
